CLEAR is an identity capture service enables its customers to save time when entering entities.

Together with the Code&Theory team I refreshed their brand image and created a clear value proposition. I created a new website that educates users on the product offerings for two audiences—customers and businesses, and allows users to sign up seamlessly. Then I helped the team develop the website using a content management-friendly platform, Webflow.

The challenge

A need to broaden brand recognition beyond the airports, to find a clear way of explaining company offerings to target audiences, customers and businesses. A need to refresh the brand identity that will be translated to the website.

The strategy powered by the brand ethos of effortlessness embodies a restructured site map and reduced page density to improve information digestion.

The overall brand expression had to convey a feeling of lightness, and ability to remove obstacles in a flash.

The brand style includes a soothing color palette, a minimalist approach to page composition, and a calming photo art direction.

As a result, CLEAR's website is able to educate users across B2C and B2B audiences about the value of the products, and how to engage with them. CLEAR has now a refined value proposition of an effortless, joyful customer experience.
